Main goal

The main goal was to design the interaction flow and screens for the Unbabel app to integrate into the Genesys Purecloud Customer Center Platform. Unbabel integration aimed to translate inbound and outbound messages between Customers and Agents. This way agents and customers could communicate without language barriers.
